Delete Your Nomado Account
You can request deletion of your Nomado account and associated app data from this page.
How to Request Deletion
Submit a deletion request through the support page at nomado.aayushman.dev/support. Include the email address used for your Nomado account and write "Nomado account deletion request" in the message.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. This prevents someone else from deleting your account without permission.
Data Deleted
- Firebase Authentication account associated with your Nomado email.
- Nomado profile data, including username, user tag, profile image reference, and account metadata.
- User-created posts, comments, stories, uploaded media, trips, collaborative itinerary participation, and messages where deletion is technically tied to your account.
- Uploaded files in Firebase Storage that are associated with your account, such as profile photos, post media, story media, and trip media.
Data That May Be Retained
- Records required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Content that other users have independently copied, exported, or already viewed outside Nomado's control.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies your account.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed after account ownership is verified. Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless additional review is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
